Easy Return/Exchange

Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery of the product. 

How can I raise a Return/Exchange request?

You can raise a return/exchange request at connect@indiehues.com  within 24 hours of receiving the delivery mentioning Order ID and your phone number. You can also WhatsApp us with a return/exchange request on +919819776444 mentioning Order ID and your phone number.

Note :-For partial return/exchange only the product(s) that you wish to return/exchange needs to be mentioned while raising the return/exchange request along with the order id and phone number. 

Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request

What is eligible for a Return/Exchange?

You may return/exchange any product purchased from indiehues.com that is unused and in new condition.
Made to measure products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Who Pays the Shipping charges for Returned/Exchanged products?

For customers residing in India, our team will arrange for the return/exchanged shipment.
For customers residing outside India, customers need to courier the product back to us and the return/exchange courier charges are to be borne by the customers.

How much time does it take to get my refund?

Once the returned product is received by us, our team will perform a quality check of the product. The refund is initiated in 48 hours after the approval of the return. The refund takes between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Can I get an Exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?

Yes, products purchased during sale/offer will be eligible for an exchange.
